USK4W Career Awareness Form

About Us

The USK4W Career Awareness Project aims to educate kids of all ages on possible careers based on their current interests. Upon completing the form, students will be immediately matched with volunteer mentors based on their dream career and/or job industry. Each student will be given a maximum of five 30 minute sessions with their chosen mentor and will have the chance to provide feedback on each session.

What it Means to be a Mentee

As a mentee, you will have the opportunity to receive information and advice on your dream career. Simply fill out the form and you will be matched with a mentor that has experience in the career and/or job industry of your choosing. You will have a maximum of 5 sessions with your mentor, each session being 20-30 minutes.

What it Means to be a Mentor

As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to educate children of all ages on your career, as well as to receive volunteer hours for doing so. By filling out the form, you will be matched with a student that is interested in your career and/or job industry. You will have a maximum of 5 sessions with your mentee, each session being 20-30 minutes. You will be able to track your volunteer hours on the official USK4W website.
